From the day I received the quote through to the installation, everything went really smoothly. Ash took the time to answer all of my questions and really put my mind at ease about the work being done.
As a woman, it can sometimes feel a bit daunting getting quotes and having work carried out in your home, but I genuinely felt comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. They were professional throughout, and clearly knew what they were doing.
