13th October 2026We used AWP through the Worcester Bosch Fast Track service and the whole experience was absolutely seamless.
Our boiler broke down on a Saturday, and after British Gas came out, we were told it was beyond repair. They advised that a replacement installation would take approximately 7 to 10 days, which wasn’t exactly ideal!
Thankfully, a neighbour recommended Worcester’s Fast Track service, and within no time we had a new boiler installation booked for Tuesday.
AWP contacted us first thing on Monday morning and arrived promptly the following day, exactly as promised. Everything went ahead as quoted, with no surprises or complications.
The team were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout. It was such a relief to have everything dealt with so quickly and efficiently, particularly after being left without heating and hot water.
We are absolutely delighted with the service. Whilst I sincerely hope we won’t need another new boiler anytime soon, we will certainly be using AWP for our future servicing.

8th October 2026These guys are awesome! Referred to them through Worcester Bosch for a new boiler, Ash came and quoted the same day. No pressure selling at all. They came the day and time we arranged, worked tirelessly all day to get it finished to a high standard. Paid what I was quoted, no 'unforeseen' extras.They clearly care about what they are doing and did an excellent job!

2nd October 2026I would definitely recommend AWP Boiler Installations. My old boiler died on Tuesday night. I contacted a plumber acquaintance on Wednesday morning but he was booked up till December. I then filled out the "Find a Boiler" form on the Worcester Bosch website. The max. price seemed very competitive and I was very pleasantly surprised to be able to request an installation on Friday. After a callback from Worcester Bosch, Ash was in touch to confirm a few details. Super helpful! Rich who did the (really neat) replacement was prompt, polite, clean and efficient. He corrected some poor workmanship from the previous installation which he didn't need to have done and took the time to guide me through the setup of the "Easy Control" thermostat. Ash popped over partway through the day to check everything was okay and both of them couldn't have been more helpful if they'd tried. I have obviously agreed to them looking after the annual service. Thanks again guys. Great job!

The team were absolutely amazing throughout the whole job — professional, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. They clearly took pride in their work and completed everything to a very high standard. They kept us informed throughout the process, answered any questions we had, and made what could have been a stressful job feel completely straightforward.
They were also incredibly clean and tidy, leaving the house exactly as they found it, which we really appreciated.

25th September 2026We had a really great experience with Ash and Rich. They came out quickly to provide a quote and were very accommodating when arranging the work around other work we were having done.
Communication was excellent throughout. Ash was really thorough when talking us through the different boiler options and helping us decide which one was right for our home.
The installation was carried out to a really high standard, with disruption kept to a minimum. We’re really pleased with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

4th September 2026Our boiler broke unexpectedly which caused a lot of stress but AWP made it a lot easier. Their customer service was brilliant and fast and the process from first contact to having a brand new boiler installed took just a couple of days. Both of them were friendly and took the time to explain how the new controls worked. We're extremely happy with the professional job they did. Highly recommended.

14th May 2026From ordering the boiler and installation online to having the new boiler fitted by Ash from AWO Boilers, the whole experience was excellent. Ash was professional, friendly, and extremely informative throughout the installation process. I couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend them.
10th May 2026We were assigned AWP Boiler Installations having progressed through the Worcester Bosch Fast Track boiler replacement process. That maximum price quote incidentally came in hundreds of pounds cheaper than a local accredited installers quote for same boiler then AWP shaved even more off that with their bid for the work.
Of course I checked out AWP via Google and read the reviews thinking no company could be this good with 5 stars across the board.
I'm pleased to say Ashley and Richard proved me wrong, with outstanding communication, faultless and tidy installation, informative explanation of the controls plus going the extra mile with some peripheral pipework at no extra cost over their original quote.
I was totally satisfied with the service provided by AWP, so I'm adding yet another 5 star review for these friendly, polite and trustworthy guys.

15th April 2026These guys are great. I called Ashley to say my boiler wasn’t working and he came the same afternoon to go through the problem. I requested having a new boiler fitted and he arranged for the installation the next day. Rich was there first thing in the morning and completed the job by 3pm. A nice warm house and a very happy customer, thanks guys.

16th March 2026I recently had a new boiler installed and honestly the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. From the day I received the quote through to the installation, everything went really smoothly. Ash took the time to answer all of my questions and really put my mind at ease about the work being done.
As a woman, it can sometimes feel a bit daunting getting quotes and having work carried out in your home, but I genuinely felt comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. They were professional throughout, and clearly knew what they were doing.
They also made sure everything was tidy before they left and even went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything. I honestly can’t fault them and would definitely recommend them.

29th January 2026First class service from AWP Boiler Installations from start to finish. I went through the Worcester-Bosch FastTrack Installation Service who provided a maximum cost and then brought in AWP to do the install. AWP were in touch immediately, I shared photos so they could see the job requirements in more detail, this allowed them to assess any non-standard elements that would require a little extra which essentially added £200 to the original WB quote. That said, AWP explained everything clearly what they said made total sense. We agreed the price and scheduled the install for 2 days later.
The job was completed today and the heating engineer (Richard) was absolutely brilliant. So organised, friendly, methodical and communicative, with workmanship so neat and tidy which showed with the quality and look of the finished product. The engineer I spoke with originally (Ash) also visited during the install and I have to say that if you are lucky enough to get these two on your job you will not be disappointed. They are a credit to AWP Boiler Installations Ltd and I couldn’t be happier with their service today.
Love the new boiler (W-B 8000+ 36KW Greenstar) which the completed cost came in over £1000 less than the British Gas quote. A no brainer. For guidance, I paid just under £3.5k.
100% recommend AWP Boiler Installations Ltd hence my 5 star rating.

14th January 2026I competed my order through Worcester Bosch fast track, which was incredibly easy. AWP were assigned to provide the boiler complete the installation. Ed and Ashley were my fitters and I can't praise them enough polite informative and professional. The process took just 2 days from start to finish with no hassles. When they finished the job the place was like they found it clean and tidy with a new boiler in place. The price was reasonable and with the assurance that they a Worcester Bosch accredited gave me piece of mind which was worth the little bit extra (not much at all). Ashley went through how the boiler worked and the fact there was an extended warranty from Worcester Bosch as I'd gone direct.
Really pleased with the work...job well done!

Once the order was submitted, I was contacted very shortly after confirming date of install. They arrived on time, kept me updated on the progress with provided me with estimate completion time. The boiler was installed by Rich, who was really friendly and professional. I had a few queries after the install the next day and Ash was really helpful. 19th December 2025Ash and Rich did a fantastic job removing an old boiler and installing my new Worcester Bosch. Took time to explain fine details and showing me the functions of the wireless thermostat. Would highly recommend for future work.
11th December 2025Guys were really great, and explained things as they went. Routed the work how I wanted to, and checked before doing it! Highly recommended. I had to vac up at the end, but probably an oversight. Would still recommend them, and will be having them back for the boiler service definitely. (4.8 stars)

23rd November 2025What a fantastic experience. Rich and Ash were friendly, efficient and happy to answer all of our questions before, during and after the installation. They made the entire process stress-free and straightforward and went above and beyond my expectations. They even voluntarily rerouted one of the pipes from the boiler to prevent issues with freezing in the winter which wasn't even part of the installation process: they just saw that it would work better and were happy to do it. We will certainly be using them in the future and I can't recommend this company highly enough. Thank you so both so much.

They fitted my boiler whilst I was at work, they put sheets on the floor to protect my carpets, hoovered any remaining bits and wiped the sides.
