15th April 2026These guys are great. I called Ashley to say my boiler wasn’t working and he came the same afternoon to go through the problem. I requested having a new boiler fitted and he arranged for the installation the next day. Rich was there first thing in the morning and completed the job by 3pm. A nice warm house and a very happy customer, thanks guys.

16th March 2026I recently had a new boiler installed and honestly the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. From the day I received the quote through to the installation, everything went really smoothly. Ash took the time to answer all of my questions and really put my mind at ease about the work being done.
As a woman, it can sometimes feel a bit daunting getting quotes and having work carried out in your home, but I genuinely felt comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. They were professional throughout, and clearly knew what they were doing.
They also made sure everything was tidy before they left and even went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything. I honestly can’t fault them and would definitely recommend them.
6th March 2026Am so impressed with this company. They responded promptly and professionally to my request for a new boiler and didn't try to sell me any 'extras' like other companies had tried to do. When they came to fit the boiler, they were polite, tidy and answered all my questions. Their support post fitting of the new boiler reflects their outstanding attitude towards customer care. I would really recommend them.

25th February 2026Really impressed straight foward hassle free process through Worcester fast track booked in Monday and fitted on the Tuesday the next day. Awp got straight to it got the job done in a good time. Kept there work area really clean and tidy and explained and demonstrated how the new boiler works. 👍

29th January 2026First class service from AWP Boiler Installations from start to finish. I went through the Worcester-Bosch FastTrack Installation Service who provided a maximum cost and then brought in AWP to do the install. AWP were in touch immediately, I shared photos so they could see the job requirements in more detail, this allowed them to assess any non-standard elements that would require a little extra which essentially added £200 to the original WB quote. That said, AWP explained everything clearly what they said made total sense. We agreed the price and scheduled the install for 2 days later.
The job was completed today and the heating engineer (Richard) was absolutely brilliant. So organised, friendly, methodical and communicative, with workmanship so neat and tidy which showed with the quality and look of the finished product. The engineer I spoke with originally (Ash) also visited during the install and I have to say that if you are lucky enough to get these two on your job you will not be disappointed. They are a credit to AWP Boiler Installations Ltd and I couldn’t be happier with their service today.
Love the new boiler (W-B 8000+ 36KW Greenstar) which the completed cost came in over £1000 less than the British Gas quote. A no brainer. For guidance, I paid just under £3.5k.
100% recommend AWP Boiler Installations Ltd hence my 5 star rating.

14th January 2026I competed my order through Worcester Bosch fast track, which was incredibly easy. AWP were assigned to provide the boiler complete the installation. Ed and Ashley were my fitters and I can't praise them enough polite informative and professional. The process took just 2 days from start to finish with no hassles. When they finished the job the place was like they found it clean and tidy with a new boiler in place. The price was reasonable and with the assurance that they a Worcester Bosch accredited gave me piece of mind which was worth the little bit extra (not much at all). Ashley went through how the boiler worked and the fact there was an extended warranty from Worcester Bosch as I'd gone direct.
Really pleased with the work...job well done!

7th January 2026I would highly recommend AWP Boiler Installations, their service is 5 stars. They replaced an old boiler for my parents via the Worcester Bosch fast track service. Once the order was submitted, I was contacted very shortly after confirming date of install. They arrived on time, kept me updated on the progress with provided me with estimate completion time. The boiler was installed by Rich, who was really friendly and professional. I had a few queries after the install the next day and Ash was really helpful. Fantastic service, great communication and a wonderful customer experience which is difficult to find these days! There's no doubt, I'll be recommending them to friends and family. 19th December 2025Ash and Rich did a fantastic job removing an old boiler and installing my new Worcester Bosch. Took time to explain fine details and showing me the functions of the wireless thermostat. Would highly recommend for future work.
11th December 2025Guys were really great, and explained things as they went. Routed the work how I wanted to, and checked before doing it! Highly recommended. I had to vac up at the end, but probably an oversight. Would still recommend them, and will be having them back for the boiler service definitely. (4.8 stars)

23rd November 2025What a fantastic experience. Rich and Ash were friendly, efficient and happy to answer all of our questions before, during and after the installation. They made the entire process stress-free and straightforward and went above and beyond my expectations. They even voluntarily rerouted one of the pipes from the boiler to prevent issues with freezing in the winter which wasn't even part of the installation process: they just saw that it would work better and were happy to do it. We will certainly be using them in the future and I can't recommend this company highly enough. Thank you so both so much.

They came the day and time we arranged, worked tirelessly all day to get it finished to a high standard. Paid what I was quoted, no 'unforeseen' extras.They clearly care about what they are doing and did an excellent job!

14th November 2025Ash and Rich fitted my new boiler within a few days. They were both kind, respectful and professional. Not once did I feel pressured in any decisions. They fitted my boiler whilst I was at work, they put sheets on the floor to protect my carpets, hoovered any remaining bits and wiped the sides. We had some great conversations while they were round too. Thank you both. See you next year for the annual boiler service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team.

29th October 2025The conversion is a major undertaking for me, and most companies have informed me that it will take 2-3 days to complete. For customers, it’s challenging to control time costs. However, AWP has managed to seamlessly integrate the process. Additionally, Ash has patiently explained all our questions in a way that is easy to understand. Richard's craftsmanship is meticulous, and his hard work is truly impressive. Both their pricing and service are highly recommended.
