From ordering the boiler and installation online to having the new boiler fitted by Ash from AWO Boilers, the whole experience was excellent. Ash was professional, friendly, and extremely informative throughout the installation process. I couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend them.
10th May 2026We were assigned AWP Boiler Installations having progressed through the Worcester Bosch Fast Track boiler replacement process. That maximum price quote incidentally came in hundreds of pounds cheaper than a local accredited installers quote for same boiler then AWP shaved even more off that with their bid for the work.
Of course I checked out AWP via Google and read the reviews thinking no company could be this good with 5 stars across the board.
I'm pleased to say Ashley and Richard proved me wrong, with outstanding communication, faultless and tidy installation, informative explanation of the controls plus going the extra mile with some peripheral pipework at no extra cost over their original quote.
I was totally satisfied with the service provided by AWP, so I'm adding yet another 5 star review for these friendly, polite and trustworthy guys.

15th April 2026These guys are great. I called Ashley to say my boiler wasn’t working and he came the same afternoon to go through the problem. I requested having a new boiler fitted and he arranged for the installation the next day. Rich was there first thing in the morning and completed the job by 3pm. A nice warm house and a very happy customer, thanks guys.
