I was referred to AWP Boiler Installations by Worcester Bosch. They provide good advice and competitive pricing. They arrived promptly and fitted my new boiler and cleaned up afterwards. If you want a professional job done at a competitive price this is the firm to choose. My tenant said give them a 5 star review. Will definitely be using them again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
SB6th May 2025Got two quotes before finding AWP from the Worcester Bosch website. Ash came to quote the next day, and whilst not the cheapest, I was more comfortable that he knew what we wanted. They fitted the next week. All as promised, and left completely clean afterwards. Would absolutely recommend
DG20th April 2025Took time to go through options , answered questions nothing was too much. Installation was good, cleaned up after and took time to explain how the boiler worked. Registered straightaway and recieved email to confirm, txt message sent later that day to enquire how the boiler was working and any probs just to call which was reassuring . Will send yearly txts for servicing which is a bonus

KP8th April 2025Ashley arrived nice and early and installed our boiler in just one day! It's been one week since being fitted and no issues so far, overall Ash & Richard did a great job start to finished . Ashley was professional, answered all our questions with great knowledge, giving us a good understanding of how to operate our new boiler and controller. Highly recommend to all!

Wish I found these guys years ago! Setting a standard other gas engineers can only dream about. Highly recommended. Won't be using anyone else from now on.

Gave clear advice and options as to what would suit my property best. Took time to show my mom how the boiler and Thermostat worked and mom commented on how tidy and clean you were, best workmen she has ever encountered. Absolutely 10/10, can highly recommend for any boiler related work. Thank you again!!

RD5th March 2025After feeling so at ease with Ash being very honest in his opinions and my options once he had looked at the original boiler with absolutely no pressure felt at all, Ashley and Rich came to get to work putting the kids and I our new boiler in saving us from having no hot water any longer which our old boiler had left us with!!
They arrived on time and were very pleasant, professional and easy to talk to.
They got on with the job in hand working very efficiently. Felt at ease the whole time even feeling safe leaving to go to work for few hours leaving them in the house alone and then again when I picked up kids.
The boiler looks and works fab and they left no mess at all! Big bonus! can’t recommend these guys enough. Also a massive thanks to them fitting us in at such short notice given our situation.

XC3rd March 2025Rich installed my new boiler and has done a wonderful job. Ashley later came to the house to finish all the paperwork and the registrations with Worcester Bosch for the warranty. Both were lovely and professional. I had to contact them few days after because of a message shown on the new boiler, they both responded straight away and helped me to sort out the problem. Would highly recommend!

JH14th January 2025New boiler install.Ashley came on the Monday quoted for new Worc Bosch 4000.
Could install same week.Friday was installation day,said they would be there by 8.30am and Rich was there on the dot.Explained what was going to happen through the. Install.
Could not fault the service Ash&Rich gave,it was a pleasure doing business with them.

MQ13th December 2024I found AWP on the approved recommended contractor list on the Bosch website. These guys were such a pleasure to deal with: on time, professional and really accommodating. They took the time to explain what they were doing, gave useful hints and tips and and most importantly did it with a smile. Really pleased with the service provided (annual boiler service).

RM28th November 2024Ash and Richard from AWP installed a new worcester bosch combi at my daughters house. They did an excellent job with no fuss and no mess and came at particularly short notice. The price was very competitive and I'd have no hesitation recommending them. In fact they're discussing installing a heating solution i with me in my annexe.

LS20th November 2024We moved into our house to find our 18 year old boiler leaking.Ash came out the next day to quote which was a more than reasonable price. Rich completed did the installation was super professional and really knows his stuff if you are looking for a new boiler or any other heating works these are the guys for the job.

I19th November 2024I have reached out to AWP boiler when moved in to the new house and found out that the water pressure was awful. Ashley came and reassured me that it’s nothing they couldn’t help with. Discussed all the options with me and advised me to change the gravity system to combi boiler. I was sceptical at first as it is a 4 bed house and thought maybe it won’t be enough. But I was very wrong! They came the next week and changed the whole system within the day, working hard, long hours to have it all done. They left my place clean and tidy and were a pleasure to have around, so polite and friendly. It’s been over a week now and I can say that the pressure is AMAZING and everything working great and I am very, very happy with the new system. I will definitely asked them back for any other jobs. So hard to find people you can trust that they will do a good job. But AWP Boiler are definitely one I would recommend.

BW30th October 2024I had a new boiler fitted by 2 considerate plumbers from AWP. They kept the house tidy throughout the day & removed all the rubbish once they had completed the installation. Price was very competitive. Fully explained everything to look out for before they were given the job.
