16th October 2025Fantastic Worcester Bosch boiler installation work by Rich of AWP Boiler Installations. He was very careful to protect my home from any mess, tidied up fully afterwards, was very friendly, very informative and put me at ease. He explained everything fully and boiler and pipework immaculately done. Very good price too. Will be having AWP back for my yearly service. Thank you very much Rich and AWP!

9th September 2025Found a leak on our boiler on Thursday, contacted Worcester Bosch next day, received a message asking for further details straight away and was asked for photographs of the old boiler. We were then sent a fixed price quote the same day and were offered several days for fitting. We accepted the quote and sorted out a day for fitting. We then received an email, with confirmation. Rich arrived when he said he would, did the job in an exemplary manor, didn't leave any mess and also explained the setup of the boiler very well. We will certainly be using AWP boilers for our annual service and we can't recommend them enough. Angela & Richard

11th August 2025Very happy with this company and the work Ash and Rich did for me. They installed a new Bosch boiler and carried out all the associated remedial works, replaced an old gas pipe with a kink in it, fitted new thermostatic valves to a leaky radiator and bled the radiators across the house. Both were punctual and tidy, courteous and approachable, answering any questions I had patiently and giving advice. I would use AWP Boiler Installations again and would highly recommend them to others.
31st July 2025Ashley and Rich from AWP Boiler Installations have been brilliant. Ashley came out when we had an emergency and then completed the job exactly as he said he would. Both guys are extremely hardworking, polite, helpful and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

12th June 2025I contacted AWP for a boiler service for the first time and was thoroughly impressed with their response. I received a quote immediately, and the service was scheduled within two days. Ashley provided his estimated time of arrival a day in advance and arrived punctually. The service was highly professional, and Ashley demonstrated excellent knowledge throughout.
I would highly recommend AWP.
6th June 2025Installed my new boiler and removed the old tank ect. They worked hard and completed the job in one day despite some issues with my gas meter. They were very friendly and explained everything to me.
5th June 2025Arrived on time, removed the old boiler and hot water cylinder, fitted new combi explained the functions and left the house clean and tidy. Very pleased would recommend, thank you.

8th May 2025I was referred to AWP Boiler Installations by Worcester Bosch. They provide good advice and competitive pricing. They arrived promptly and fitted my new boiler and cleaned up afterwards. If you want a professional job done at a competitive price this is the firm to choose. My tenant said give them a 5 star review. Will definitely be using them again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
6th May 2025Got two quotes before finding AWP from the Worcester Bosch website. Ash came to quote the next day, and whilst not the cheapest, I was more comfortable that he knew what we wanted. They fitted the next week. All as promised, and left completely clean afterwards. Would absolutely recommend
20th April 2025Took time to go through options , answered questions nothing was too much. Installation was good, cleaned up after and took time to explain how the boiler worked. Registered straightaway and recieved email to confirm, txt message sent later that day to enquire how the boiler was working and any probs just to call which was reassuring . Will send yearly txts for servicing which is a bonus

It's been one week since being fitted and no issues so far, overall Ash & Richard did a great job start to finished . Ashley was professional, answered all our questions with great knowledge, giving us a good understanding of how to operate our new boiler and controller. Highly recommend to all!

Gave clear advice and options as to what would suit my property best. Took time to show my mom how the boiler and Thermostat worked and mom commented on how tidy and clean you were, best workmen she has ever encountered. RD5th March 2025After feeling so at ease with Ash being very honest in his opinions and my options once he had looked at the original boiler with absolutely no pressure felt at all, Ashley and Rich came to get to work putting the kids and I our new boiler in saving us from having no hot water any longer which our old boiler had left us with!!
They arrived on time and were very pleasant, professional and easy to talk to.
They got on with the job in hand working very efficiently. Felt at ease the whole time even feeling safe leaving to go to work for few hours leaving them in the house alone and then again when I picked up kids.
The boiler looks and works fab and they left no mess at all! Big bonus! can’t recommend these guys enough. Also a massive thanks to them fitting us in at such short notice given our situation.

Both were lovely and professional. I had to contact them few days after because of a message shown on the new boiler, they both responded straight away and helped me to sort out the problem. Would highly recommend!
