Ash took the time to answer all of my questions and really put my mind at ease about the work being done.
As a woman, it can sometimes feel a bit daunting getting quotes and having work carried out in your home, but I genuinely felt comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. They were professional throughout, and clearly knew what they were doing.
