Once the order was submitted, I was contacted very shortly after confirming date of install. They arrived on time, kept me updated on the progress with provided me with estimate completion time. The boiler was installed by Rich, who was really friendly and professional. I had a few queries after the install the next day and Ash was really helpful. Fantastic service, great communication and a wonderful customer experience which is difficult to find these days! There's no doubt, I'll be recommending them to friends and family. 19th December 2025Ash and Rich did a fantastic job removing an old boiler and installing my new Worcester Bosch. Took time to explain fine details and showing me the functions of the wireless thermostat. Would highly recommend for future work.
11th December 2025Guys were really great, and explained things as they went. Routed the work how I wanted to, and checked before doing it! Highly recommended. I had to vac up at the end, but probably an oversight. Would still recommend them, and will be having them back for the boiler service definitely. (4.8 stars)
