They installed a new Bosch boiler and carried out all the associated remedial works, replaced an old gas pipe with a kink in it, fitted new thermostatic valves to a leaky radiator and bled the radiators across the house. Both were punctual and tidy, courteous and approachable, answering any questions I had patiently and giving advice.
